We are thinking of heading over windy gap and the nice road over spelga. See all interested parties at 10 in ballynahinch for a speedy run...well I need to try or I am never going to keep up with those racing types.

Has your illness been diagnosed yet?
Here is hoping it turns around soon, nothing worse than being ill or injured.
Mrs Bell is still suffering with scatica after 7 months (or something) it is driving her mad and she isn't even an obsessive nut like some cyclists I know. The physio thinks she is on mend though.

A full season of no training and I might just be able to keep up on a two up in 2007!!
