This is the Menu for the Dromara Cycling Club Christmas Dinner & Awards Night on Friday 30th November 2007 at The Primrose Bar Ballynahinch.
7.30pm, eating from 8pm
Menu. All meals must be pre-orded. Please reply ASAP.

Soup of the Day with Homemade Breads
Smoked Salmon & Prawn Terrine with Pink Peppercorn & Dill Dressing
Fan of Honeydew Melon with Seasonal Fruits & Berry Coulis
Main Courses.
Traditional stuffed Turkey & Ham with Chipolatas & Sage Gravy
Cranberry & Chestnut stuffed Pork Fillet with Mulled Wine Jus
10oz Sirlon Steak with a mixed Peppercorn & Brandy Cream
Baked Salmon Fillet wrapped in Proscuttio with Herby Lentils, Spinach & Cream
All meals served with Seasonal Vegetables & potatoes
