Dromara Club membership for 2008 Will be £10.
Dromara membership is Free to all under 18s.

This membership cost is in addition to all licences listed below.

Proposal to co-affiliate with Cyclists Touring Club, [Fee to Dromara CC of £75]

Cost per person joining for CTC Leisure only will be £15.00. This includes 3rd party insurance cover, but personal accident cover is extra.

For Leisure only, you can also take out a Cycling Ireland Licence for £33, which includes personal accident cover.

Full list of Cycling Ireland Licences. [Anyone doing any competition, club time trail etc, must have Cycling Ireland Licence.

Would all who are taking out a Cycling Ireland Licence, please attach a photogragh, passport style, this will then be printed on your licence.

Does the Club also have Public Liability Insurance??

Cycling Ireland offers its members 24hrs a day, seven days a week Public Liability Insurance Cover, with an indemnity limit of 7.5 Million Euro per incident. This ia a third party insurance package that covers you when you are officating at events and depending on the membership you take out is also extended to when you are cycling. As a member of Cycling Ireland your legal liability for any injury, loss or damage to 3rd parties or 3rd party property is covered, as are legal costs of defending the case.
Please note that it is for the insurers to decide on how to defend any incident.

Thank you Trevor....just one other question....to be a bore.. ..does our insurance cover us when abroad....I ask.. because last year when I took travel insurance I was questioned about cycling and high risk!!!!!

In the past I got travel insurance from Riddler in Lisburn St, Ballynahinch. £10 for the week and it covered road cycling but not MTB.

Paul would like to know, who would like at Christmas, drinks night, where you would like to go and when would suit the most .

I will be sending out a short questionaire to all members asking for their comments for a member profile section. So please keep the replies clean and add any photos you would like.
I have been adding photos to the Cycling Ireland site, for as many as possible, so you will have a picture on your 2008 licence if you renew. If anyone wants to send me pics I will modify same.
