Just to remind all the Dromara Agm will be held in Square one, [Plough Bar] Dromara on Monday 4th Feb at 8.30 pm.
Anyone who would like points on the agenda will need to have them with me by Friday 17.30. 07714 382158

We will need to order more men shorts. Would anyone who thinks they will need clothing this year, let ne know asap or else you may be out of luck.

Just to remind you all the Dromara Cycling Club AGM will be held in Square One, [Plough Bar], Dromara on Monday 4th February at 8.30pm.
The AGM reports and briefing notes have been emailed to most and the rest will be posted tomorrow. Please read them carefully and print out a copy to bring with you.
The AGM has a very full agenda, with lots of points to be raised and solutions found. So please be prepared.

The profit and loss sheets the Vivienne did in Excel can be put up under the Members section on the message board along with a copy of the AGM agenda, the minutes of the AGM, police form etc etc. Martin will try to sort this out over then next few days, then put a note on the main page to let people know.
We did the right thing by not putting all the detail on the slides. It would have bored the audience !!!
An excellent turn out all the same.
