Choose either the 5km route through the grounds of Castle Ward or the 50km route taking in some of the most beautiful South Down Countryside from Downpatrick, through Killough, Ardglass, Strangford and back to Downpatrick.

we are meeting in bhinch at 9am in the square if you want to cycle down together c u there me and bob will be on tandem we are getting a group photo taken
