First of all let me thank everyone for their messages and interest in my well being . I have four fractured vertebrae and the usual cuts and scrapes. Someone thought i was fighting with a lion but i assured them it was only a hawthorn hedge laced with brambles. Good news is i don't need surgery, bad news is I'm going to have to wear a body cast for 12 weeks .Got out of hospital on Friday evening after nearly a week and they never opened the bar once not good for my training program. Once again thank you all very much and look forward to getting on the bike again.
