It was a lovely sunny morning for the race i met Anne Maguire in Carryduff and we cycled to Ards to give the Dromara guys some support.Then we cycled to Ballywalter to to see the race their average speed was 26mph so they were going fast.Well done to Tommy Evans who came first

thanks numpty and co for the support.... good turn out today 5 men out.as this year gos on the racing is getting faster. the start of the year was easy compared to what it is now"whats it going to be like in july..the word hurt and pain comes to mind" it seems you cant even be at the rear of the pack even at the early stages or you have had it ,but all in all not a bad day with no mishaps....the best bit of the day was when we lifted "RONNIE" or should i call him GEORGE HAMILTON" there was a violet light coming from his bed room and he can out smelling of sunbed cream.......does anyone else know if he uses a sunbed,,,,please let us know..............................NICE TAN MATE ...........
