Mmmmm looks like its going to be pretty dire tomorrow morning, so I think I'll limit myself to a shortish local run here. Still shaking this cold anyway. Will there be anybody for a club run next Sun? (I'm not sure who isn't going to Majorca)
What does anybody think of the idea of having one Sunday each month(for example the last Sun each month) where everybody(who can make it on the day) goes out together maybe on a fixed route and tea stop to try and keep a sense of continuity and keep everybody included, don't think it would even do any faster legs any harm to do a steady run every month. If they wanted they could extend themselves on the last 5-8 miles?

I am keen to get out tomorrow, although I think we saw the best of the weekend this morning - If it is like it is now I'll opt for an indoor option or keep it local. I'll check in again to see if any diehards are going out.

If the weather is heavy rain and water everywhere like it is at the minute (23:40) then I will wait until later on Sunday to see if it clears up. If it is just drizzle or intermitent rain then I will go to Ballynahinch for 10:00am. See you bravehearts there all being well.

I didn't go cycling on Sunday as like many others trying to shift a nasty cold. Hope those who were out enjoyed their race/ social cycle. I'm planning to do lots of cycling next weekend. My mate Pat from Mayo( who did the hilly with me ) is up so heading around the coast for an all day tour either on St Pats day or Saturday ... anyone wanting to tag along the more the merrier. Will keep ye posted.

I was the only idiot who turned up in Dromara @9.30, then Trevor arrived in car to say others were racing (well done numpty, great result) or unlikely to be out. Went to Ballynahich to check if anyone else was about & then headed home to Annahilt. With people going to Majorca next week, is there a run on Sat or Sun?

I'll be out next week no fun in the sun for me. Fair play to you steven - I opted for the indoor option.
Will also try and get few miles in on Paddy's day maybe going to see the start of the Downpatrick-Armagh race which, I think it kicks off about 11:30 from the leisure centre - If anyone wants to meet up Ballynahinch, Saintfield, Ballygowen and head towards Downpatrick, drop a post

I think the D'patrick to Armagh race is on sunday,Leaving the Leisure Centre at 11am.Good idea heading down to it ....maybe some of us could meet en route. I am keen to get out for a couple of hours on St. Pats day too....but maybe not as far as Maeve suggested!

I'm up for big miles this weekend after compulsory time off the bike.
Sunday I plan to be on the Manchester club run. However, Friday and Saturday I'll be at whichever location is drier so (weather permitting) count me in for any big rides on both days.
