Leaving Dromara at 9:30 heading for Kilbroney via Rathfriland,Mayobridge, Burren then home via Bryanford.

I might be up for that, other half injured on ski trip, so hopefully enough healing shall have happened by by then. I could even avoid cheating (using the car) by cycling to Dromara and then droping off towards Bbridge on the way back, When you say "A" s, will the pace be beyond me or will I be able to hang on at the back Bob?

I won't make it out tomorrow, injury not permitting (not mine) a bad cold not permitting (mine) Shall just go out for a shorter and gentler run on my own. Fully intend to be out next week tho PeterJ
