Thanks to Gerry Beggs a good proportion of the club now know alot more of the technical side of cycling.
Nine of us met up with Gerry in Dromara and headed for Gall Bog,a 2plus mile flat road near Banbridge. There we were instructed on training and racing technique. After this we headed back to Plough Bar for a technical talk.
Everyone showed progress and hopefully they can pass it on to those not able to attend.Meaning that in the future Dromara CC can go down the road without resembling cows returning to the field without milking
Have to check with Gerry but hopefully next week will be more of the same

Unfortunately Gerry can't make it this Saturday due to other commitments. This doesn't mean we can't go out and use what he showed us last week.
Who will be there?

I'm afraid I'll not be out this weekend.
The next three weekends I will be in England; I expect to be back out on Sat 6th February onwards ....
