Due to some commitments Claire had this weekend could only train alone this weekend. Got 40 in on Sat and 30 on Sun.

Making my way back towards the Temple x roads today I met the fast bunch with the Weir man on the front chatting! No doubt Davey and Ronnie were there too.

After the x roads (1/2 mile) saw Paul going well in a bunch and then at Station Rd Saintfield saw Peter and Stevie in another bunch.

Thanks for the 'hello's' guys hope you enjoyed the fabulous morning as much as I did! See you next Sat.

Aye, enjoyable day out yesterday with the masochistic Bob and the Basque wonderkid... is it any wonder why he flys up those hills, he spends half the year with his eta chums. lol. Wonderful support from numpty (cheers), even if she did enjoy filming me in pain!!!!!
Never thought I‘d be riding the sportive in February, but there’s a first for everything. By the way, Fritzy (buy me a bike) is taking another team next week, if anyone’s interested. I’ll see ya’ll on the same route in August.... I’ll be the one pouring your tea!!!!!
