Hi, My name is Kathryn and I am a member of Northern CC. Some of you might know me from going to Trudy's spin class in Lough Moss. I have just qualified as an Iyengar yoga teacher and I am holding a class on Saturday 8 December in Belfast 2.30pm - 4.30pm on yoga for cyclists - all the details are below. It would be great to see some Dromara cyclists there! Kathryn
YOGA FOR CYCLISTS
Calling all cyclists!
Do you want to learn effective stretches to counteract the effects of cycling?

Do you want to escape from Christmas shopping on a Saturday afternoon?
If so, come along to the ‘Yoga for Cyclists’ workshop in Belfast on Saturday 8 December. The workshop is being run by Kathryn Bell, a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher. Iyengar yoga is a physical and challenging form of yoga, but is accessible to all regardless of your fitness level. No prior experience of yoga is required.

The weather man states it to be a soggy weekend is anyone intrested in the yoga class being held this saturday by Kaythryn in Belfast as previously stated on the notice board. I would be intrested and hope to attend, IF anyone would like a lift.
