Well done to Maeve for getting a place on the Escape From Alcatraz Team. You will have to watch the film "Six Against The Rock" it may help with the training.

Well Done Maeve. I have looked at the island of Alcatraz from the shoreline and it didn't seem too far away but then again nobody ever escaped by swimming...
