Saturday Run

I just want to say a quick thanks to the chaps on the Saturday run (from Ballynahinch) for making me welcome and putting up with my strange Welsh ways

This Saturday's run was top stuff - some really really nice roads over the hills.

I managed to get a pic from the new phone ...



Sorry I didn't make it out Sunday after all my big talk ... the legs just weren't up to it !

That's a nice action shot of you climbing the hill?

There will be no Sat or (most likely) Sun action for me this week as I going out for my b-day on Sat. Also I feel like I am coming down with some sort of illness which will be nice....I knew everyone would be interested.

The meeting Has been brought for-wards to allow any anyone who has booked for the Christmas dinner but has not,as yet paid. All tickets must be paid for in full before Wednesday so you can appreciate we need to get it sorted and paid, Thanks
