Peter, I’ll be out for a run early in the morning if you’re interested... won’t be a long one, haven’t been on the bike much over the past few weeks.

Yes. Now saving up for the lung, heart and leg transplant! Birthday/Christmas present combined (to myself)
They do actually seem to make a difference.
Problem being, when I actually manage to get out to a TT, how will I explain to myself the lack of improvement or even defecit? Nevertheless they are a nice ride and look good! Hope you didn't get soaked today. Petej

I would like to take a run over the Sportive extension of the Hilly tomorrow. Going straight to Letrim to join the route and leaving the route at Letrim on the way home.
Nigel Hunter talked about going out in the morning and I am sure he would want to head back early.
Anyone up for the longer run or a shorter easier run? Meelmore Lodge as usual for the stop.

Stevie enjoy the new bike, (where u been?) Today Bhinch, Anahilt, Dromara via the Corn Mill, Dromara, Dree, round the houses to the devils elbow, Castlewellan, Bryansford, Meelmore, LUNCH, Newcastle, round the houses to Tyrella turn, Downpatrick, Bhinch/killyleagh Ronnie, Nigel, Marcus, Deek and me. My computer has gone mad so no idea how far or how fast. A week of watching the sprinters at the tour has had an impact, needless to say. Pete enjoy them wheels.

Just the four of us out yesterday, numpty, Davy Robb, Stevie Wallace and myself. The plan was to ride over the Sportive extension but time ran out and we had to cut it short. For anyone that hasn't ridden Coyles hill yet here's what it looks like Starting bottom right of the picture and continuing for a mile top left The new bike.... gets dirty Boiling Well
