I would, If I were fit and able, guys but just getting over a dose of food poisoning and have to head to Galway tomorrow for a stag night... not the best way to recover from a week of toilet abuse, i know. Are yaz aware that the tour of the Sperrins is running on Sunday?

Bob that NSPCC spotive is on the 22/07 yea? I'll see what the weather brings, the local forecaster- Fritz - gives rain to clear by 10, if it turns out that way I may see you at the square G man.
Neill the words Galway and stag weekend usually mean toilet abuse, more of the same in your case - enjoy.

I don't know about everyone else but I didn't have a bad weekend cycling - all be it compensation cycling!!! :)Went out Sat. afternoon & bumped into Ronnie near Bhinch who was going up to Dromara to meet Nigel. In Nigel's words we went for "a flat run", which I suppose was right until we encountered a bit of wind on the way out of Lurgan. I was up for riding into the wind, (that being one of the many strong points of my cycling) but Nigel couldn't hack it and at the earliest opportunity made us turn off the main road over towards Dromore - undulating territory . As we came out of Dromore I think Nigel must have been feeling it as he decided he couldn't face another headwind down the main Dromore- Bhinch rd ;D. He found another little road which had short sharp hills every 300 yd s or so which went on for about 20 mins (again perfect for me) eventually coming out @ Hillsborough and then home. Sun p.m., had a nice leisurely 27 miles from home /B'gowan, S'field bakroads and home. Compensation Cycling? Well the 85 miles this weekend just about (?) balanced the caloric expenditure & the caloric intake ( toooo much wine & tooo much Beeeeeer!!! Oh I Luuuve beeer as homer would say!!! ;D ;D
