Have you got heart and desire and lungs? If so, let's see you this Saturday12th November at Springwell Forest, 3 miles outside Coleraine on the road to Limavady for the first mountain bike duathlon of the season. It's a two mile run, 10 mile bike and two mile run.

It's a great course - you get a good hours worth of racing for your £6.00. There is also a Kids Race at 10.30 a.m.
