I know one, or two, of you like running. I will be running over the winter. I was thinking it may be good to organize trail running for a bit of variety. I am not going to run around forests with a head torch so this would need to be a weekend activity. I am thinking that sessions would typically last 60 to 90 mins covering 7 to 10 miles. Nothing kamikaze as I am fond of my knees and ankles. If anyone is interested stick your name on the bottom of this thread and I'll get in touch. (I have to say I am not holding my breathe for a large response to this but you never know.)

Sure that's a snail's pace.... I allow you to quote that back at me next time I am struggling to keep up on the 2 wheeled transport. Anyway I heard the other week you and numpty took ronnie into the middle of the outback on a midweek night around ballynahinch. Quite possibly a bit intense for Mr Bell.

no more outback on a Tuesday. just keeping it within a 1/2 mile radius. I got three punctures the last night so will give those country lanes a miss!
