Having to give the TOG on Sunday a miss due to family commitments, I wish everyone a good day out.
Anyone not doing the TOG and going out on the Saturday training run?
Hope to see you at the square 10.00am.
PS. Well done Trevor you wily old sausage! A touch more competitive this year I note?

Trevor is on a roll. After his victory last night he is considering entering the Kids Gymkhana next month

Nigel Hunter asked about tomorrow although he would not be fit for the pace or distance the rest of you cover.

Noel, Gary and Dennis went out - Dpk, Strangford, Ardglass, Dpk and home. 42 miles in 2hr 2mins! We were flying and Dennis hung in there.
I praised him for his efforts and pointed out that the Sat run is normally 1.5 - 2 mph slower in case he is put off.
Stevie he even did his turn at the front!
Gary G. PS Good luck all tomorrow at the TOG and safe home!
