Anyone up for a run to Carlingford in the morning?
Take in some of the hills and home via towpath to Scarva.
Fairly quick pace so that we are not away all day

So no takers on Sunday and that included me. Only myself and Davy Robb in Dromara at 9:30 both wanting home for 12:30. Davy arrived via the Cornmill and Hill road and was hungry for more hills so what better place than Dromara. Sorry Bob i went on Sleive Gullion run with Danny McSherry, if I had read this earlier we could have met up some where along the way .. We went Newry (Silverwood ) Dundalk, Carlingford, Newry n back.. was a lovely, enjoyable run with all the tandems out, and the blind, ... about 50 fast miles....oh just what I love!!!!!
