Good run today. Could not of had a better day for being up round the Mournes. Good to see Ronnie go home early as the pace was hot enough as it was. I was happy knowing that when I got to Meelmore lodge I was swapping shifts with numpty.
numpty tells me the run home wasn't that flat either. But then there is no easy way back to Dromara. You either cover a lot of miles over countless wee hills or go straight over the big yens.
