A lovely sunny morning, Bob went out early for an hour as he had to be back to let me out so he looked after William and i met Anne Sanford at the square in Bhinch at 10am. Nigel was there and another guy but i havent met him before so i didnt know his name. Anne and i could only stay out for a couple of hours so we did our own thing and Nigel and the other guy they went to Spelga to do plenty of hills! So Anne and i headed towards Dromore then turned off to Hillsborough then to the Temple, and went to Saintfield then back to Bhinch. It was a good cycle this morning and plenty of chat, and lots of hills. We did 26 miles av 17 back at 12

Me and Ross done a few laps of the xc course in Castlewellan Forest as practice for the next round of thr K Capital cup. It was in excellant nick apart from a few trees down but that should be sorted in the next few weeks. Hey Fritz I shouted at you as you flew down past my house caravan, twice! I would have put the kettle on and saved you all that cycling to Meelmore ;D

Nigel, Well, you know how it is. By the time i had done a couple of loads of washing, finished the ironing, taken the apron off, put away the duster & polish, I realized i was too late for the square @ 10.00am. Went out on my own for a couple of hours, where I bumped into Richard near Aghalee. Yes, that Richard. Mr. Bell who was with us up until last year. Good to see him still wearing the Dromara kit (tight git getting his monies worth ;D). He had been on a warm up, 3 hour hill session with Stu Bennett ( one of the stars from Phoenix) and was putting in a few extra miles. Anyway, after a chat about all our health woes he decided to change his route, follow me home and do a real training session. ;D ;D how he must have regretted it Big Stevie Boonen decided to put the hammer down & I think Rich was in tears by the time we reached Hillsborough
