5 out on the tow path last night. Dennis Gary, BL, Deek and Trevor. Never made it to the lagan weir so fast!!. Was dropped before Edenderry but enjoyed it non the less.
Great time to go to Majorca, since its going to snow here.
Two up time trails. could everybody send me a text on 07714382158 letting me know who the pairings are for the 29th of march. I want to ceed everybody and get prepared.
reply asap, you never know what time you might get if you leave it to the last minute!!!!!!

Hate to disappoint you Nigel, it wasn't me, I've hardly recovered from the kicking I took last Saturday  I went to work on the bike twice this week (27m there & back each trip) went like a donkey  I went so bad that I have made another appointment with the Doctor to check the chest again, still not right after the infection. Sure it wasn't yourself on the new "Top Gun, twin legged, 1,000 watts, F1, V8, super charged Turbo Orbea TT bike in Euskatel Colours?  ;D ;D ;D I suppose you are only getting a few miles in before your little training camp with your mate Sean. Remember go easy on him!!  |
