heard a rummor about this message. just to say that the over weight, over 45 year old who goes out every fortnight, was in Tienadarragh with Deek and BL traing in the pouring rain.

Short but sweet workout today. Met BL an Trevor and headed for Tiev. After i changed from road bike to mtb the rain came on  . As we left my Dads house we met a Phoenix dude who had rode up from Belfast and wanted to get 75 mls done but the weather had other ideas. We all worked together (there was a killer headwind)until we reached Seaford were we went our separate ways.Lots of trees down in Tiev but still managed to ride part of it 3 times.Just as we were heading home i met an old workmate,Crusty loaf,who used to ride for Usher but thinks he will cut it on an mtb this year ;D ;D We will see!!!!!!!!!!!! The wind was on our backs on oour way home so the rain didnt seem as bad. Home by 1 for a well deserved hot shower. |

Ha Ha Deek do you remember the day you went on a mtb run one christmas with garfffff me and a few others ? I hope you have improved since then get you out of that sports class and into the masters i will put the two kids on the back to give you a chance ye haaaa
