First time out for a bit and it was tough going.
I have been in England all winter but plan to be around more March onwards so I look forward to getting out a bit more then.

We are now a reformed bunch John, brought round to your way of thinking by Beggsie so you would sit happy with us at 15 ave. Can't speak for the Saturday run though, reckon it will still be on the hot side. You know where we are  |

Yes John shall be good to see you. Nic and I shall make a concerted effort to get out with the Sunday 60 club over the next few weeks. I am aiming for a 20% improvement for this year. That means a 10 mile tt season best time target of sub 24?  ? Might be a bit optimistic. If I get into the 25's I'll be reasonably happy. That's my target in black and white. so feel free to give me a hard time if I fail!!! Bob is there a race (Thurs night) calendar yet? Are we going to do one? |
