Hi Bob Could you see the ducks today? I went to the reliability and wondered if I was sane considering the weather down here, but it turned out to be sunny! Wasn' t slow though, only managed to stay in the group for about 3/4 of the distance. Quite a few Dromara shirts about, apart from me of course, I was blending into the tarmac as usual. I think there was only myself and Peter Bryson in the slower group. Peter has obviously been training too much as he seemed to be finding it much easier than myself!!
Off skiing next week, after that Nicky and myself shall be making a larger effort to get out on the bikes, Nicky is dying to get out on her new bike of course.

Hope the duck was nice Anne, have never tried it myself. Trevor, Ross, BL, Stephen, Bill, Fritz and myself left Dromara in a freezing fog circling round by Seaforde over some icy roads on the way to Castle Espie. Average speed was 15.3 for the 30 mile which felt fast enough for me! BL turned for home at Crosgar and Ross at Derryboy Isn't he just! Change of shift for me as numpty met us there with William in the car. After a tea stop numpty and the remaining 4 headed back to Dromara covering another 30 mile with an average of 15. Good to see Beggsies advice is sinking in. Jim McM called to the house on his new bike. He seemed well pleased with it and so he should be! So what did the rest of you get up to?

I had to be back for 11 so headed out early. It was baltic in the ffrrreeezing fog ;D. I sat at the back with you lot until McCoubreys and turned off and back home along the Dundrum line. Managed just under 30 miles. Feet were numb again!!!
