Time to ditch the Black stuff

Dont worry its not the Guinness...just black arm and leg warmers...just looks awfull .The sun is out so its time to brighten up with white(or blue at a push) arm warmers and blue knee warmers...hope we dont need leg wamers now You will feel much better and go much faster!!
Wiggle has them,ebay and McConveys so no excuses!

Deek I think you might be right...I was first at McConveys this morning, got the white and blue and headed out and did 25 mls in 58 mins or was that 58 in 25 ........?? mind you the boot was full of groceries ....think I'll have to do another speed awareness course!!!
