Is there a secret remedy for cold feet as i have tried thermal socks and overshoes as well as heat rub but still suffer. I must have bad circulation so is there a way round it. Its hard enough trying to keep up with Ronnie and co on the towpath without having to wiggle my toes ;D

yeahDeek I've got bad circulation too ....... stops feet and hands from working - but luckily hasn't stopped me from yacking Cold Feet ........Jim has the answer ..... warm hands - he deffo sorted my freezing feet out in Strangford cafe last year ..... that was before I found Seal skin socks - expensive as about 30 quid from out door pursuits place but they are a fab job. They keep your freezing feet all toasty and dry as they waterproof too .... just be sure to hand wash them and let dry naturally ... also 2 pairs of over shoes ......
