Is there such a thing as the perfect saddle? Probably not because if there was we would all be using it. The best we can hope for is to find one that suits us individually. Trial and error is expensive and recommendations by others often results in disappointment. The process of finding that perfect perch might have got a little bit easier... Cycle Zone in Lisburn have ProLogo saddles available "Try before you buy". They have a TT/Triathlon saddle, MTB, CX and the highly rated Race saddle called the "Scratch". Some Pro cyclists use these saddles out of choice rather than sponsorship but expect not to get much change from £100.00

I have tried a few different saddles, genesis, specialized BG,etc. and as stephen says they aren't cheap. However I did find a brand of saddle that is both great value for money and ultra comfortable. I bought the charge saddle from wiggle for the princely sum of £24. I was so impressed that I have them on both my road bikes and also mountain bike too. A couple of other club members use them as well with good report. Again they might not be suitable for everyone but at least you won't be out a fortune for an uncomfortable saddle if it's not for you.

I hope to get a new saddle its real comfortable, can sit for miles in good or bad weather. My Translink saddle is on delivery, with a new Saturday and Sunday route planner.
