Merry Xmas from The Bell. I had planned on trail questing this week but I went to the physio about my Soleus muscle (well that's what he told me it was) and I am only allowed short moderate sessions for the next week, or two, so beating around on my mountain bike is not allowed.

Bob thanks for a great day. You guys sure know how to put on a good event. Thanks for offering Shirley the loan of a bike after she messed up her rear mec. I'm sure she'll be back next year to give it a go. Some of the new lanes were wet but it all adds to the fun.

Thanks Causeway,
Glad to see it done n dusted, some problems along the way. thetr are some other lanes I can add in that bring it al together but will have to work on them for next year.
As for the broken mech, have a collection thanks to XC and CX, it happens. haven't broke any on the road yet, and want to keep it that way. Thanks for making the long journey Bob

Well done Bob.Me and Sam had a great day despite a slow puncture and cracked rear mech but we soldiered on and enjoyed it all especially the soup ;D. Sam is now going to join the club so we have a few months to talk him into xc racing
