As in all xmas dinners you need to preorder. Starter1. Homemade vegetable broth accompanied with a selection of freshly baked bread rolls 2. Watercress & Rocket Salad with Cashel Blue Cheese & Marinated Pears 3. Avocado & Prawn Gateau with Marinated Cucumber & thingytail Sauce Main course1. Prime aged roast sirloin of beef, red wine & rosemary gravy 2. Traditional roast Antrim turkey & ham herb stuffing and fresh cranberry sauce 3. Pan searned fillets of Sea Bass accompanied with Peas Bon Femme 4. Roasted Forest Mushrooms, Courgettes & Asparagus in Filo Pastry, glazed with Goats Cheese Desserts1. Fresh Berry Pavlova with a mixed berry coulis 2. Christmas pudding with brandy anglaise 3. Strawberry Cheese Cake with Chantilly Cream Yum yum... Looking forward to the dinner, i will miss my team mate Mary Hunter, i was speaking to her this evening  Looking forward to getting out on bike in New Year with the ladies I am getting a new helmet for XMAS, hopefully the same as Ronnie has |

Dinner 7:30
After dinner - rest of the awards.

The total attending now stands at 72.
About half have still not made a dinner choice. last chance tomorrow at 3pm, or it will be soup, Turkey & Christmas Pud.
Just a reminder we will also be prsenting the 25 mile TT medals.

We are havin a ballot at half time so if you can donate a prize it would greatly appreciated. Cycling or non cycling it dozen matter... every little helps.
