Af any of you are interested there is a Spinning class on tomorrow evening.
It's in Lough Moss Leisure Centre Carryduff at 6:30 - 7:30pm £3.50
There is another one on Monday evening 6 - 7pm
At l;east two of us going tomorow evening, any takers?

the spinning class on fri evening was really good,anne,nigel and bob went so i hope there will be more of us next week

Spinning class is also on a Wednesday night with Trudy (she is Ulster Triathlon champion and does cycle races too). It's at 7:00 - 8:00pm although before that from 6:30 - 7:00pm there is a taster session for beginners. I think Spinning class is also on in Downpatrick Lesiure centre - I'll try to find out days and times for you. Hope everyone is well and training hard :-) Maeve
