The world's friendliest bike shop is looking new staff. Could this be as a result of posts on another message board where staff were critisied for their attitude?

What ever the reason it isn't the first time I have heard criticism of how customers were treated, and not just tyre kickers!

If you're going to use a slogan like "the world's friendliest bike shop" you had better go some way towards treating those that walk through the door as potential customers!

Send your staff into the likes of , Downey, Kane, Cycle Zone, Mourne Cycles to name a few to see how it should be done!

You have proved yourself over-qualified by way of having a friendly personality. The other staff members might ignore you, mistaking you for a customer. ;D
