With Marcus' fall today it does highlight the vulnerability of us all while out cycling. It is therefore important to ensure that you are all insured.
If you have not already got your 2010 licence renewed then contact Trevor asap!!

January - me, knee injury + clot, off work 3 weeks, ongoing recovery
February - Marcus, broken jaw and wrist
