Hi folks,
I started back to cycling on my mountain bike 18 months ago as a direct attempt to lose a lot of weight. I was 22 stone then and I'm now 18. I aim to join a club some day soon when I'm fit & fast enough but haven't as yet.
To cut a long story short I decided to take the plunge last November and bought my first road bike. I love it although with the weather and Christmas etc I haven't been out much on it. I'd love to get advice on how to set the bike up to fit properly saddle height etc. You see folks on Bike Radar talking about getting professional advice on this.
My question is does anyone local offer this service?
Ta in advance!
Ps I live near Dromara and see you guys out all the time - you're an inspiration!

Well Ocean Blue, you're a bit of an inspiration yerself losing 4 stone in that time. My hubby (Brendan)says give him a bell anytime and he'll help you sort out your saddle and bars height etc., as would any of our club members. His number is 07595 670 261 Call him anytime on that. You should join the club and come out some Saturday morning with us. Keep an eye on the message board to see when the slow patrol group are out. We don't go too far or too fast and we'd be delighted if you could join us.
