No Average Joe - BBC Coverage of Race Around Ireland
A 30 minute BBC documentry about the Endurance World Cup "Round 13" - Race Around Ireland will be screened on BBC1 next Wednesday, Dec 9th at 10.30pm and again on BBC2 on Friday 11th Dec at 10.00pm entitled Season Ticket / "No average Joe". The programme follows Commonwealth Games medal winner, Joe Barr in his efforts to complete this marathon in aid of the Children's Cancer Charity. Joe won the event and this programme will provide some insight into how the Donegal man managed to do it. I am sure these programmes will be well worth watching and they will certainly do a lot to raise the profile of cycling.
