I am supposed to be going on holiday on the 20th (but only in NI) so I might be allowed to do the apollo race. There is a crit in Lurgan on the 11th plus the Tour of Armagh on the 13th. I am not sure what this crit is like ... hairy? but I will be doing the Mourne Sportive on the 13th so that rules out Armagh. Phoenix are running a 3 day on the 28th, 29th and 30th. I don't think it is particularly hilly, being a flat man (or so you say) this might suit you although I did mention this to the wife and was told no you will be on holiday, we'll see. Funny how I am dictated to.....but hey you can read the interweb as well as me so you have probably already seen these dates.

From surfing around it looks like the Madigan GP is hilly but I'm still up for it (even if I am too fat for climbing).

Yeah I noticed you looked like you had been eating wayyy to many biscuits...I jest of course. I don't think there are any races in this country that don't have hills.
