Thanks for all the good comments.
Please remember that the league runs in the spring/summer SEASON, but Dromara CC will be holding a Cyclo-Cross race and a winter league of six Trail Quests. in the autumn/winter SEASON.
Most important of all the leisure runs take place in all Seasons, so lets all enjoy cycling and contiue with a bit more craic.
In that vain the Stew run will take place on Sunday 13th of December and hopefully we will have a couple of other large club events over the next few months.

Ahhh the Stew Run. That was one of my first outings with the Club when I joined last November. I had to be practically dragged round the course by a couple of fit (as it fit on a bike)guys, which was much appreciated. Oh the joys of impending Winter Training - shoe covers, wet gear, wooly hats and wet undies - lovely!!! I suppose I'll have to put Wilomena into hibernation in the shed for the Winter. But, as the man says, Winter Miles bring Summer Smiles, so bring it on!!.

As your season is now over, can I ask that for your next season, your club refrains from Spraying Yellow "Graffitti" over the roads around Slieve Croob? I think that your road markings are over and above what is required when running one day events, the evidence of which will still be there next year!!!!!! Follow the countryside rules, "take nothing but memories, leave nothing but footprints (or tyre treads)". Interested onlooker.....
