Cheers Spark.
I have a load of photos from the garage last night but didn't have time to put them up this morning. Will post 'em later.

From Julie (15:00) "Cathy just demolished that last stage, actually brought us all close to tears such a moment. I just got in to Letterkenny. Our estimated time to arrive here was 5 pm and it's now 14:44. Ye ha! And that's not including the 45 minute delay at the start. The legs are squealin' mind. Good form all around though. We haven't slept at all so that's priority now - we hope"

From Julie (16:40)
"Andrea and Taryn took over from Cathy and I in Sligo. I'm up first from the next stage whilst Taryn and Andrea get rest in our home made camper, the big bikedock van. It is so cosy. I had an hour undisturbed there."
"...we're pushing it to get to sligo to the next stage, 6, so we can get some winks before we head back out for 7"

From Andrea (19:30)
"No sleep...that's getting tough. Only slept from 5-6am and 1-2pm. Taryn and I got to Sligo at 6:30pm...5 hours ahead of our timings. Done 368 miles (just over 1/4 done) in 21 hours and 45 minutes. Fab!"
From Julie (20:30)
"Just 29.5 miles into our 7th stage from Sligo. This is an 80 mile stage. Cathy and I are doing 20 mile stints each. Very bumpy heavy roads. Tough going but enjoyable in a hateful kind of way".

From Andrea (09:41)
"All struggling, crew too. Taryn and I to leave Oranmore to do 100 mile stint. One of us navigating too. We are trying to give everyone else a days sleep. Grim...but we'll see it through. Weather still dry. ETA Limerick 5:30 pm".

From Julie (10:35)
"Everything is sore - had a hateful run last night but just made it to Galway and hope for some shut eye. Think we all smell! 5 hours 30 ahead of our estimated finish time - if our legs hold. Andrea and Taryn just off there now to head to Limerick. Cathy and I to take over and get us to Tralee, Co Kerry. We're winning. Sleep time."

From Julie (21:29)
"Legs holding out ok. All fairly sore but we're getting heads down and stuck in. Two girls out now doing half the next stage which is 100 miles so we're flying to half way point so Cathy and I can do the last half then that's us into Sneem. Co. Kerry. Going now to try and blitz a bit of a snooze. Probably had about 5 hours since we left. Thank God for energy bars and help and protein drinks. Still 5 hours 20 minutes ahead of schedule"
I wrote "Hopefully there are still smiles despite the saddle sores".
Julie wrote back "Always. All girls are still loving it - in a hateful kind of way. Crew are in good humour too. Lots of jokes and the vaselin is out."
