a few of us went out for wee spin tonight and bumped into gavin,chris,stephen w and micheal p at 7:10pm they had left anahilt at 6pm stoped for coffee and still had managed to do 50miles,i am impressed,im glad ive been injured no way could i ever attempt to stick that pace,well done boys keep up the good work.lol
