Hey all,
Any of you ladies fancy joing in theCycling Ulster MTB spin we will meet you outside Bikedock at 6pm (sharp) this coming week... Just bring along yourself, your beloved bike and a lid...
Think a few free tins of 'Sugar free' Red Bull will be up for grabs in return for a few snap shots for their bulletin so wear your best frock!!
Unfortunately I head to Portugal on Monday so I wont be out with you but Ciara will be available to take you on a good spin in and around Bevoir, hopefully my broken wing will be healed enough so I can join you on the next run.
