This Thursday's Club league will be a 16 mile tt starting at Governors gate in Hillsborough and tuning just before Ballynahinch.

Maeve is unable to timekeep due to school commitments and I am also not available, so we will need two time keepers and if possible a third marshal for the turn at Ballynahinch.

Please let me know by tomorrow at the latest, as I will not be here on Thursday.

Thursday 28th of May, Club road Race at Annahilt.

Please check the attached link to the club calendar. If you are down to marshal and cannot make it, you are supposed to arrange with another to cover you duties. I will as usual do my best to help. I will be back to time keep at the race and no doubt interfere with Nigel's handicaps.

Open Road Races on Saturday 13th of June

Dromara CC will be holding 3 open road races on this date. The start will be in Hillsborough. The marshal will need to be briefed at about 12.30, with the race starting at 1pm and finishing about 3.30pm. The course maybe extended to an 11.5 mile circuit and we will need approx 20 marshals and 3 lead cars. I would like all to confirm if they are racing, marshalling and if anyone wants to do lead cars.
Please keep this in mind as a full rota will need to be in place by the 1st week in June.

New club clothing

I was told the clothing would arrive with me on the 19th of May, i.e. today. It is not here and I have been unable to find out when it will. Attached is a list of clothing that was pre-ordered. and a list of what was ordered.
So if you are quick there may be something for each of you who wants new clothing.
I will be re-ordering more clothing within the next two weeks. So get your order in fast to be sure your size is available.
I cannot confirm cost until I have paid final amount to my card, to see what the exchange rate is.
For the first 50% it was 1.021606, hopefully it should be around 1.10 now?

Just spoken to Tracy in far far away land. There is a slight delay in sending the clothing and it will be shipped direct to martin, from italy tomorrow.

Prices will be higher than before due to the euro rate. Trevor sent me what each item will cost but I am unable to access that email in work. I will have the prices tonight. (as a helpful guide - "bring lots of money / blank cheques")

Not quite numpty as we paid the order in 2 stages. The first half of the payment was at a really bad rate almost 1=1 which is then reflected in the prices.
