hi everyone ,myself(darren) and stevie baines have found a source for the product of hi 5ive gels and energy drinks, the gels will cost £1 each or if you buy a box of 20 we can take £15, for a tub of the sports drink £20. if any one is interested you can contact me on 07918151141. ;D

I have been using Hi-Five products since 2002. However I cannot take to their latest Energy Source product which is 4:1 ratio Carbohydrate to Protein. It does not mix well and the solids sink to the bottom of the water bottle. Not a problem if you are guzzling it but for me on longer rides by the time I get to the second bottle it is clearer at the top and sludge at the bottom. I have tried all brands over the years and for what it is worth my current favourite during cycling is Maximuscle Viper but I still think Hi-Five Protein Recovery mixed with milk the the best post-race.

Try putting more air in your tyres and riding faster ;D |
