;D...... Who's out for a run tomorrow --- so far Fritz,Deek,PJ ,Andrew,Jamsie,Chris and myself anyone else out for a blast...... ;D

Didn't we have a great run today?..................... Sonia, Bernie, Jennifer (new recruit), Big Jim, Stephen, JR and myself all met in Dromara at 10 am along with Fritz, Deek, Matthew, PJ, Andrew, Jamsie, Chris and Gavin....(sorry if I may have missed anyone  )............As usual Fritz and crew set off first, as we all know they need to have a head start, might not be able to keep up with us lot.......We headed to Newcastle to the Shimna Diner for a big fry up, however when we reached Dundrum, Jennifer couldn't wait any longer and decided to have a picnic along the way while Big Jim sat down to have a shimmy at the 'Readers Digest'...............Stephen, who has not been out for a while, was in great form and clearly took the lead sitting on the front all the way. John sat nearer to the back keeping check on all the ladies, hum!...................... We had great banter and craic all day. Thanks to all and to Jennifer, who for first time out was a super rider |
