Three out this morning Jamsie ,The Minnesota Kid and myself......left about ten past out the Dundrum line straight into a headwind ,pushing on at a good pace into Dundrum (Jamsie nailing the "30" on the way in ) ;D ;D ;D turned right and on into Newcastle where i thought i would get a coffee but Fritz said it's too early for that, anyway i know where you get a good drop of tay ..........Rostrevor....... so off we went into the headwind again .
A hard push the whole way out the coast road,Annalong,Kilkeel then into Rostrevor where at last we got our tay
After our recharge we headed up the Kilbroney road past the forest and climbed up and over the hills to bottom of Spelga turned and out to Kilcoo then into Castlewellan then out over the mountains to Dromara ........no one was going for the "30s" anymore ....home with 78 on the clock .........good days crack ,and good tay

i had 70 mile with a 15.5 avg not a bad run after we got to kilkeel and turned out of the headwind for rostrevor and the tay , i noticed that gavin boy took the big mug of tay and left me with the wee cup, eh hes some boy

Thats bang out of order Its as well that boyo's not goin to Majorca. You would have to take your own mug! Tut Tut

Fritz you forgot to mention the full fry with 2 slices of toast, 2 bottles of lucozade and the Mars bar that you had with your wee cup a Tay ! (and the ozone friendly f*gs)
