Evryone is invited to Carrickmacross, from thier club member Patrick Cassidy, who very kindly came, with his colleagues, to do the Hilly 
also these are the people I did round Ireland challange with.............Patrick plans to organise a larger group for next year's Hilly as they all enjoyed it so much......... ;D
Is anyone interested, as it is Leisure cycle and it is 'Tour of Cavan and Monaghan' starting at 9.30 am.
I know it is only a few miles away, but some nuts
are going down Saturday night to stay over and to catch up with the Carrick guys and girls
