Just to let you all know that Mac is out of hospital after being knocked off his bike on Sunday. He was kept in over night after being knocked unconscious and received 8 stitches to a head wound. He had a lucky escape after a BMW decided that he was in the wrong lane and pulled across Mac's path, he also has a few cuts and bruises and is very sore, he hasn't seen his bike as yet,but is in good spirits.

The driver stopped OK and there are witnesses to say Mac wasn't at fault, don't know about the bike but as it is carbon it doesn't bent to well, keep you posted .
It happened at the back of Lisburn Police station going down the hill before turning left for Lagan Valley Hospital , shortest ambulance ride ever.

Glad to hear the driver stopped and that mac seems ok. Hoping to see the man out on the roads again soon.
