Tour of Armagh Pre-entry As part of Clann Eireann/Linen Green week of cycling; on the 10th August, they will be promoting their Tour of Armagh, which is a Pre-entry event, with a closing date of 7th August, and the club have asked to remind those entering to make cvheques paayable to Clann Eireann/Linen Green CC. Some points on this one.
1. It's a road race
2. It is on the same day as the Hilly/Sportive
3. Could 2. explain why Cycling Ulster have yet to advertise the Sportive on their website even though Trevor has sent the details?

Make sure the details went to Martin Lees as Tommy and Marian usually go to see Le Tour.  |

Trevor was aware of this and did send it to Martin Lees, who as it happens has his name at the bottom of the announcement for the Tour of Armagh on CU.
The main reason for wanting to post early on CU was because the Sportive is pre- event entry only.
Therefore one could be forgiven for thinking the reason nothing appeared on CU was simply because it might harm the Tour of Armagh entry.
