First of the photos.

Note: the arrival of a family of pigs just to see what was going on.

Yes, great day, hard to beat the Dromara hills when the sun is shining.

Apologies to Trevor for messing out time up :-/ Don't know what I was thinking

The profile shows why I legs hurt today. The second time up past Deek's house before climbing the lane on Croob didn't help although it was a better option than climbing up the back of Lagananny as many did.

Thanks to Deek & BL for their hard work

Thanks to Deek and BL and the Dromara club for another good day out in the Dromara mountains, another well organised event and this time the marker boards were easily identified which made life a bit easier. Thanks again and already looking forward to this sunday at Dafts.

Paul and John (the lonely foxes) hopefully a full fox will be fielded this weekend!

PS. Bob 52.2mph :o on a mtb! You must have went down Dree hill ;)

Absolutely brill morning on the bike... best craic I’ve had on the bike in a long while, great to have something different. First time Kieran and I attempted this, as you can tell by our points!!! ;D ;D. I take my helmet off to the organisers, lot of time and effort put into the planning of the course. Well done, guys!!!! Surprising how long it took to cover 16 miles!! ;D ;D

Roll on next week! :P

I just want to concur with Paul, and thank Deek and BL for a great trailquest, great weather, organisation and plenty of mud. Roll on Daft Eddies, to see what the McMullan brothers have in store for us....:-)).

Maybe next week our teammate Niall will have decided against going out on the p*ss the night before, and then cycling round with a green face.....

Weather forecast for Sunday looks good so far.

19 teams have signed up.

The round is being organised by first timers "The Losers". I am looking forward to seeing what challenges they have put in place for us.

Roll on Sunday ;D

A staggering 34 teams have now signed up!! ;D

Pre-entry closes at 10pm tonight after which you can show up on the day. Sign on opens at 9:45.

See you there

Look out for the local bookmaker (shady bloke in cloth cap) who may now be interested in taking side bets on who is going to win tomorrow and who is going to win the series. That Retro Grouch team are getting good odds after their performance in round 1. We'll see how well they perform tomorrow. ;)
