Hi All, Cycling Ulster will be running a mountain bike commissaire's course for any Ulster based member on the 7th November - location to be confirmed. As there is currently only one active commissaire to cover Ulster events, more commissaires are very much needed. More details will be available nearer the time, but if anyone is interested in attending please contact me on ciaramacmanus@yahoo.com.

FROM MARIAN LAMB,
Hi All,
The Off Road Comm course will now go ahead on Saturday 7th November in Belfast possibly the Park Avenue Hotel on the Holywood Rd but this has to be confirmed.
The course will begin at approx 9.30 and finish at 4pm. Colin Clewes will be taking the course.
More detailed information will be sent as soon as all the details have been finalised.
Please let me know if you can still make it and if you can persuade anyone else to come along.
I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to do the course.
Yours in sport,
Marian

Great course today run by Colin Clews. He delivered a very informative and entertaining presentation.
Around the table were Ciara MacManus, Conor Graham (XMTB), Ronnie Ogilby (XMTB), Raymond Beers (XMTB), Barry Russell (Carn Wheelers), Paul Cassidy (Emyvale), Maurice McAllister, Sean Downey (MAD), David Shorthall, Sean Lavelle.
The instruction was well broken up into sections with plenty of tea, coffee and snacks to keep the brains going. After the final tea break we had 'the exam'!!! I think I did all right in this. Fingers crossed.
Hopefully it all looks good for next year for Off-road comms cover!
BTW, the club have been awarded NPS status for our MTB race in Dunmore next year. I'm looking forward to it already.
